About me

I’m Michelle, a Level 5 Clinical Reflexology Practitioner based in the beautiful Dedham Vale, Suffolk. My reflexology practice blends clinical training with a nurturing, restorative approach, creating a calm space where clients can reconnect, find balance and a sense of wellbeing.

I trained with Jubilee College at the Royal Society of Medicine, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical reflexology and a deep respect for the mind–body connection. Alongside my private practice, I volunteer at University College London Hospitals several times a month, offering reflexology treatments to the doctors and nurses there. Supporting those who care for others has become one of the most meaningful parts of my professional life.

Outside of the treatment room I find peace in the Dedham Vale countryside, often walking with my enthusiastic springer spaniel, Archie. Time in nature reminds me of the importance of stillness and connection - qualities that I bring into every reflexology session.

Discover the Healing Power of Reflexology

What is Reflexology?

What are the benefits of Reflexology?

The history of Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses specific pressure points on the feet and hands to encourage relaxation and support the body's natural balance. Each reflex point is believed to correspond with different organs and systems in the body, forming maps that mirror the body's structure, and by stimulating them reflexology can help to ease tension, reduce stress and promote overall well-being.
